Starting life as one retail store in 1982, Teddy & Friends grew in a few years to over 20 outlets across Australia.

In 1989 the company was purchased by Citer Souvenirs and it became a purely wholesale operation which developed throughout over a decade, when a dynamic and astute group of business people, headed by Neil Cope, expanded Teddy & Friends into international markets and ensured that it became a leader in the plush and gifting industry.

On 1 July 2006, Teddy & Friends became part of the Cooee Brands group of companies and since then a more varied range of products, including over 60 best-selling toys, have been developed, innovating day by day with the best new materials and unique designs, always offering exceptional quality and the best value for your money.
